I'm up at 5:30 AM and
it's pretty quiet out here on the deck. Gina hasn't been sleeping
well because of her bad knee. She's gone way too long for the
replacement operation, and probably should've had it done a couple
years ago.
I
rebuilt Gina's website today and did a couple more coffee mugs.
I
got in a couple of good walks today, before spending most of the day
hiding from the heat.
Temperature changes,
like many other things, get more and more annoying as you age. Aging
is probably the number 1 reason for my Diet 1.
Simply put, as time goes
by, you just can't live the same as you did at 20. Not unless you
spent your youth sitting in a chair doing nothing. As you age,
everything physical gets harder, and you have less energy to do it
with. Things you never noticed, become serious considerations, and
unless really worked on, weight gain and loss of muscle tone continue
unimpeded as you go from a jock at 20, to an over sized couch potato
at 50 and finally a walker jockey at 70.
