I'm
not too perky this morning. I had to get up 3 times. The last
night, and leg cramps are coming back. I haven't had any bananas in
a week!
But
I'm down a pound, though.
,it
was back to Cleveland for some more work on the bathroom remodeling
and I got the back window in the car tinted. It was a bit of a pain
in the butt, I had used heat gun to form the plastic over the curved
glass. But it looks okay, now
Breakfast
– banana
Lunch
– salad
Dinner
– 3 small slices of pizza
Snacks
– almonds, banana,
watermelon
Remember!

bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
