I'm
bloated, bummed and cheesed off. I love that phrase. Cheesed off
his so appropriate for use in a diet context.
I'm
5 lbs. heavier than I thought, and self-control around food is
gone out the window the last few days.
At
least I finally got back to work on the kids books today. I've had
lots of ideas over the last few months, but just too focused on other
things like Diet 1. Which if you've been keeping up with my
daily blog, is stalled. So maybe I need to think about something
besides diets for a bit.

Eat those tiny carrots, they're filing and healthy. Don't over do it though.
