Testing
testing it's a nice day for a walk, like snow, and temps up to 30
degrees.
Today
was the least amount of food I've had for a day in a while.
A
coffee and burrito at McDonald's for breakfast.
A
small bowl of noodles with cream sauce for lunch.
3
small slices of pizza for dinner, and some plain popcorn for TV
snack at night.
It
helped that I spent all day wearing a mask as I tore out plaster and
lath in the old living room. It's a dirty job, but it's also a
little bit of exercise to.
Remember!

bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
