Not
moving along too good on the Diet 1 blog, too busy working on
the house.
I'm
Mudding drywall now, but I'm in the still making my steps goal of
6000 per day.
The
hip was a bit annoying this morning. Probably from running up and
down stairs all day, not to mention dragging sheets of drywall around
the house.
Remember!

bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
