Today
I packed up and headed back to Conneaut, with a steamy stop in Canton
to pull a steering column for Gina's car.
Coming
up on the 100 day countdown for Diet 1.
Today
is day 101, and it's time to start getting in the mood for the final
push.
In
a way, tomorrow will start a sub-diet of Diet 1. A full
implementation of all we've learned over the last 260+ days.
Any
rules you forgot or failed on? This is your last chance to get your
act together area.
Whatever
your final weight goals, now you've got just 100 days to do it.
No
more procrastination.
No
more excuses.
Today
we head back to the beginning, and start refreshing our thoughts.
Of
course, I start getting in the mood by eating a big breakfast this
morning, with 2 eggs, toast, sausage and home fries. Then 2
French bread pizzas for lunch, and an egg salad sandwich
for dinner, and topping the day off with 2 ice creams for snacks
Remember!
