I'm down another
pound, almost 2. It was teetering between 189 and 190. I'm going to
hit my lowest weight since Diet 1 started by the VA weigh in
on Thursday!
Heading
down to the 170 deadline in November.
New thought about
recording your weight, one color, say Black for going down, Red when
it goes up. Just another reminder.
Off to jury duty today,
lots of sitting and doing nothing, time for the sketchbook.
No
jury duty, forgot to call last night, and it was canceled. So over
to Bernie's for a chat, then home, and spent most of the day on the
computer checking out art programs.
I did get it a card
printed for one of Gina's project though.
