– perch, chicken, 2 mini eggrolls

– popcorn, cheese and
crackers
The cats got me up at
5:30 this morning. Cool and overcast, but more rain coming today.
I
slipped a bit on Diet 1 yesterday, mostly on Gina's cookies,
but also on the 1 rules.
I
had 2 pieces of corn,
more than 2 freeze
pops,
and
way more than one cookie.
If you count more than
1, you're counting pounds going on, not coming off.
One problem is the old
“don't waste food rule,” I was brought up with. It's
often hard to cook for a 1 diet, and that is really tough if
someone not on Diet 1 is cooking.
As always, you just
have to just keep hammering away at decades of mindset.
That
is what the 1 on your thumb is, or the string on your finger,
or any Diet 1 reminder that is there, when ever you eat.
If it works for you,
that is all that matters !!!
When
your habits say clean up the plate, or just one more, or waste not,
want not, that 1 on your thumb says, put the food down, save
it for later or let someone else have the extra calories.
We
have 96 days to get these new lifestyle habits nailed down for good.
