Just trying to keep focused. These are
the hard times with many more to come no new information or diet
tips. No long passages on the wonders of this or that, just counting
steps, watching the scale, and trying to follow the rules set down at
the beginning. Eating slower, and smaller, work at being more active
and slowly backing away from food and eating habits that made my body
can no longer tolerate. And as always
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
