Not
sure when I lost a couple of more pounds, because I haven't been
looking at the scale for a while, but it's nice to see.
I've
been thinking maybe of going for 160 or 150 pounds by
the end of the Diet 1. It's just that my energy levels have
taken a real hit the last few years, and now weight that I never
really noticed, seems to drag me down.
Time
to really crack down on the “no seconds”rule.
