Still
stacking too much, but I'm using up crackers and chips left over from
the Birthday party last week.
A
tip for throwing parties in the future, send all unhealthy leftovers,
including bags of chips and such, home with guests.
I'm
still keeping up on the steps and heading back down on the scale, but
this weeks goal is to have that scale down to 194 by Thursday.
