Back
to diet one today and getting more motivated. Walked about 5 miles
today, the most I've walked since our trip to New Zealand last year.
Also, I cut way down on snacks, only a couple of peanuts and small
pieces of cheese today.
Breakfast,
burrito.
Lunch,
Fiber 1 cereal with almond milk and banana.
Dinner,
salad without dressing or cheese.
Remember!
1
bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
