A
new walking record today, and boy are my legs sore. I've done for
separate walks today, plus the usual running around the house. Over
20,000 steps, a drop in the bucket compared to when I was
younger, but now a milestone.
New
Zealand was last real walking I've done, but that was shell strewn
beaches, and new and interesting places. Walking for 5 miles a day
around Conneaut is starting to get boring, and I'm beginning to look
at new places to visit, all in a desperate effort to reverse couch
potato syndrome.
