I'm
still a bit sore from yesterday's step marathon, but still got out
for my morning walk at 6 AM.
Friends
of Gina's came over today for a visit, lunch and snacks, and I added
another pound.
I
did get some good walking in.
Breakfast,
burrito
Lunch,
ham sandwich, veggies and cheese, 2 small pastries, and a small coke.
In
the evening. 3 more small Cokes and finished off the cheetah was
from last week.
Remember!
1
bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
