Back
on the scales today and pleasantly surprised, as I only gained 2
lbs.
over the weekend.
Now
to get back on diet, one in crackdown.
Stopped
in to chat with Bernie for a while, then spent the rest of the day in
front of the computer, cleaning up old files and hard drives.

– 2 bananas, 2 oranges, 3
carats, and a bowl of plain popcorn
