Yes, back down to
194 AGAIN. This time it's permanent, I mean it, honest, really. I'm
doing 2 bathroom remodels the next 2 weeks, and I started by cutting
down a large tree Sunday. So for change I am actually doing real
manual labor, burning calories and a great chance to push Diet 1 into
high gear for a dash to the November finish.
Breakfast
– banana and cereal
Lunch
– salad
Dinner
– Mexican ( ate to much )
Snacks
– small piece cheese
