I've been letting my Diet 1 momentarily slide because of the heat, and work, just when I'm in a perfect situation to really crank on it.
Lost my pedometer today, so that's out for a while.
Going back to work is really sapping my energy, making it hard to focus on Diet 1.
The old “I'd rather be doing something else feeling”, I hear people bitch about is really hitting and I really don't like it.


Breakfast – Burrito
Lunch – fried chicken
Dinner – 3 doughnuts
