Don't eat carbs before bed !!
Actually, eat as few carbs as possible. My system just can't take them anymore, and carbs just knock me out.
I at least got a few steps in today!
Watched a coyote harass a beaver this morning, then watched the beaver a bit after the coyote wandered off.
It was hard work in the bathroom, a stuffy house with a barky dog.
What possesses people have annoying pets, often added to pets they already have.


Breakfast –
Lunch – Egg McMuffin
Dinner – sandwich and a little pasta salad
Snacks – some pretzels, baked beans, and ice cream

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
