I got the last 2 weeks of the Diet 1 blog posted today. Also held Gina get the plants out for the summer. My right leg and hip or really sore walking today

Breakfast – Burrito
Lunch – beef soup
Dinner – more beef soup
Snacks – peanut butter pretzels
