195 / 203.3 on the VA scale
I
was up at 5 a.m. And spent the morning reading until 9 when I
remembered my appointment and had to make a mad dash for the VA
clinic. It's 13 degrees outside and I had to shovel a foot of snow to
get the car out.
Good
News, today was the lowest weight on the VA scales since 2014, things
are looking down. That's a pun.
Now
I just have to keep that line going down to the 170 mark.
