Well it wasn't a full fast yesterday, I skipped breakfast, add some cantaloupe for lunch and plain salad for dinner. Plus I munched on peanuts, the low bid on and off.

Another Diet 1 snack trick, always by unshelled nuts.
The more work it takes to eat, the less you do! . It doesn't sound like much, but give it a try. You won't be wolfing down handfuls of nuts when you have to pop each one out of its shell, one at a time.
More work, less food, lower weight!

1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
