Attack of the Thursday night doughnuts!! The scale moved up again today.
Gina I drove down the Rogers outdoor market to check it out, and I did buy a couple pounds of fresh green beans for snacks.

Breakfast – burrito
Lunch – fish and chips
Dinner – salad, no dressing
Snacks – Green beans
