Sunny and cool, 37° at 6:30 AM. I've got to get a grip on the snacks. It seems like a craving for crunchy carbs, almost like a need to choose something crunchy. I'm still stalled at 195.

Breakfast – serial and banana
Lunch – leftover spaghetti with meat sauce
Dinner – salad with no dressing
Snacks – doughnut, cheese and crackers
