Day 147 : Sunday

Down 2lbs. since yesterday, if I keep up the momentum, I should make 190 by Thursday.
I slipped a bit today, when Franck and Denise came over to visit. Gina got 2 bags of cheese puffs, and we also went out for lunch. I'm still well below my old eating habits, but not good enough for Diet 1.

Breakfast, burrito.
Lunch, small turkey dinner with corn , a cup of Chile, and some ice cream
steamed carrots with butter, cheese puffs, and 2 glasses of wine in the evening.

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
