I'm still stalled at 195, but I pulled another notch on my belt today. Plus, at the VA, my official weight was 195.3 with close on.
Not a good day for Diet 1, more carbs and lot less walking.

Breakfast – bagel
Lunch – 20 chicken nuggets
Dinner – 3 doughnuts
Snacks –
