I'm still holding at 195, and considering the pig out on donuts the last 2 days, I'm doing pretty good. An occupational hazard of spending hours a day in coffee shops, writing and scribbling pictures. These places pretty much specialize in comfort foods like pastries, and other high carb sugar bombs.

My steady walking and slim eating the rest of the day is all that's stemming the tide of weight gain. I'm now averaging 10,000 steps a day. Pretty good for an artist.
