I'm still smacking a bit too much, and need to start focusing on that. A pint of ice cream a day is the bit much.

I finally put in a solid days work and finished the underfloor plumbing for the back apartment, listening to fireworks till midnight.

Breakfast – banana and cereal
Lunch – 2 chicken legs
Dinner – 2 chicken legs
Snacks – ice cream, popcorn

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
