I'm sitting on the deck at 6 AM, listening to a valley full of birds, getting ready for another day of starving myself in an effort to get back below 190.

Ha!! That was a laugh. I started today at Bernie's, snacking, plus quesadillas and chips for lunch. Then took Gina out for barbecue as an early dinner, and later, we walked downtown for ice cream.

A great way to shoot any diet in the foot.

Breakfast –
Lunch – quesadilla and chips
Dinner – barbecue pork sandwich and fries
Snacks – ice cream, cheese and chips

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
