Too many snacks from the party Thursday, and very little willpower. Another day of screwing up, topped off with dinner at Chops with Jay Faye and Rich, old work friends of Gina's, who came up to visit.

More food, more carbs, and more pounds!!

Breakfast – chips
Lunch – meatloaf sandwich and chips
Dinner – corned beef sandwich, fresh broccoli, chicken wing and fries
Snacks – chips, chips and more chips

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
