I'm home and back onto good scale, which means 2 extra pounds I thought I didn't have.
I really have to crack down now.
1 bowl of soup, 2 bowls of dry popcorn, and a lot less snacking and I'm back down to 190.

Breakfast –
Lunch – bowl of soup
Dinner – 2 bowls of popcorn
Snacks – cheese

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
