No more excuses.

Back to the Basics

To start, if you've gotten out of the habit, it's time to paste that big black “1” on your thumbnail again.
Time to refresh some of the rules to:
1 Bite
1 Helping
1 Item
Fork down while you chew
No night time snacking
and
Stay away from the CARBS !!

This is where Procrastinators like me get kicked in the ass!

Although our main goal is to slowly change many of our eating habits and other behavior that have left us chronically over weight, and without energy for years, we used the 1 year time line to “put off until tomorrow” what we should have done yesterday. And if you are like me, after 265 days, you are less than half way to your weight loss goals, and looking at 100 days to cram for the finals.

On the positive side, what we have lost is permanent, and our habits have changed dramatically over the 200+ days. That is quite an accomplishment, and some thing to be proud of. Very Proud !

Since we've started, many thousands of people have jumped on short term fad diets and gained back more than they lost.
We may jump up a pound or 2, but it's gone again in a couple days, and we keep moving down that scale, maybe slower than we'd like but still, going down ….

Well, now we have 100 days to go...
100 days to refresh those new eating habits !!
100 days to WALK away from a life style that left us looking for chairs every where we went!!
100 days to brake away from people, places and habits that left us tired, bloated, and often in chronic joint pain !!
100 days to get our life back !!

So make a note on the fridge, get your progress charts up on the wall, dust of that scale, and lets hit it...

Remember!
1 bite at a time, and 1 day at a time!
