Breakfast – 3” flatbread
Lunch – 3” flatbread
Dinner – egg salad sandwich
Snacks – chips and salsa, freeze pops, pop

Up at 6 AM with a cool breeze, and the feel that the next storm is coming soon.
Got a lot more energy than yesterday morning, and 2 pounds lighter.

I only exercised today was getting out, cutting the grass.
Jerry and all came over, and we spent the day snacking and chatting on the deck, ducking in the house during showers. It was a pretty fun day, quiet, but entertaining.

Food wise, I had no real meals all day, so even with the constant snacks my weight held at 192.
