Dinner – leftover stir fry
Snacks – peanut butter pretzels, crackers, cheese, small cookies

Hovering between 189 and 90 lbs., but today I'll break that for good.
Tomorrow 188 period !!

a relaxed until Gina got up, and we went for a morning walk, then over the Bernie's house, installing new flush valve towards toilet. After that I stop by the shop chatted for about 2 hours, munching away on crappy snacks. I got back to the house about 2 o'clock and worked on two, 4 ft. crayons for Gina's book display.

I did get into good walks today, plus some running around, that pushed by step count up over 10,000 for change.
Can our hero, hit that 170 pound mark?
